Eligibility for Refund

Clients may request a refund for services or projects under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-delivery of services or milestones as per the agreed project scope.
  2. Errors or defects in the delivered software that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Unauthorized charges or billing errors.
Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Completed milestones already delivered and approved by the client.
  2. Customizations or features specifically requested by the client and successfolly implemented.
  3. Partial usage of the service or project features where work has been performed as per agreement.
Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email to info@hackgenix.com, including relevant project details and reason for the refund. Hackgenix will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days using the original payment method. Hackgenix will confirm the refund amount and expected completion date in writing.
