Software engineering
Web platforms, mobile apps and enterprise systems built to carry real load.
- React
- Vue
- Node.js
- PHP
- Laravel
- Flutter
Most of the software we are asked to fix was not badly written. It was written for a business that has since changed shape. We build systems that expect to change — clear boundaries, documented decisions, and a data model that can take a new requirement without a rewrite.
We work across the whole delivery path: discovery and scoping, architecture, build, QA, deployment and the years of maintenance that follow. Teams are small and senior. You talk to the people writing the code, not to an account manager relaying messages.
Industries we do this for
- Healthcare
- Education
- Real estate
- Government
- Retail and F&B
- Logistics
- Finance
What you get either way
- A written scope and estimate before anything is signed
- Fortnightly releases, not a single reveal at the end
- Scope changes flagged when they happen, not at invoice time
- Source, repositories and infrastructure handed over in full
- The people who built it available after launch
- No licence you have to keep paying to run your own product
What this covers
The work we are usually brought in for, in roughly the order it tends to happen.
Web applications
React, Vue and server-rendered PHP where it suits the job better. Dashboards, portals, internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
Mobile applications
Flutter and React Native for cross-platform work, native where the hardware demands it. Released and maintained on both stores.
Enterprise platforms
ERP, CRM and HRM built around your actual workflow rather than forcing your business into a package.
APIs and integrations
REST and GraphQL services, third-party integrations, payment gateways, and the unglamorous middleware that makes systems talk.
Cloud and DevOps
AWS and DigitalOcean deployments, CI pipelines, monitoring and backups set up so a bad night does not become a bad week.
Legacy modernisation
Incremental migration off systems that still work but cannot grow, without a big-bang cutover.
Questions we get asked
If yours is not here, ask us directly — we answer within a working day.
01 How do you price a build?
Fixed price for well-defined scope, monthly retainer for ongoing product work. We give you a written scope and estimate before anything is signed, and we flag scope changes as they come up rather than at invoice time.
02 Do we own the code?
Yes. Source, repositories and infrastructure are handed over in full on final payment. There is no lock-in and no licence you have to keep paying for.
03 What happens after launch?
Most clients move to a support retainer covering fixes, monitoring and small enhancements. Some take the code in-house and we help their team pick it up. Both are fine.
04 How long does a typical project take?
A focused mobile app or internal tool is usually 8–14 weeks. A multi-module enterprise platform runs 4–9 months. We break both into fortnightly releases so you see progress rather than waiting.
