The challenge
Matching clinical staff to shifts involves credentials that expire, facilities with different requirements, and personal data that falls under HIPAA. The client needed a mobile product that handled all three without becoming a compliance liability.

What we built
An Expo and React Native app covering shift discovery, application, credential upload and expiry tracking, with the data-handling, access control and audit requirements HIPAA imposes designed in rather than added afterwards. Work was delivered through the client engineering process, with every pull request reviewed by their tech lead.
